1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tamu Pop's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Product Information

Tamu Pop ice pops are made with natural ingredients and are stored at -18°C. We strive to provide accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions are completely accurate, complete, or error-free.

• All products are made in Kenya with locally sourced ingredients when possible
• Products are free from artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors
• Each ice pop is 100mL in size
• Products must be stored at -18°C or below

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tamu Pop. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

• Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), and bank transfers
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh)

4. Delivery

We deliver within Nairobi and surrounding areas. Delivery times and costs may vary.

• Free delivery for orders of 50+ pops within Nairobi
• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM
• We maintain cold chain storage during delivery
• Delivery outside Nairobi may incur additional charges
• We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

• Returns are only accepted if products are defective or damaged upon delivery
• Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• We reserve the right to inspect returned products

6. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale customers are subject to additional terms and conditions.

• Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale pricing
• Wholesale prices are confidential and not to be shared publicly
• Payment terms may be extended for established wholesale customers
• Wholesale customers must maintain proper storage conditions

7. Limitation of Liability

Tamu Pop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our products or services.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

• We collect only necessary information to process your orders
• Your information is not shared with third parties without consent
• We use secure methods to protect your data
• You may request deletion of your personal information at any time

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
